ध्यानयोग - खोई हुई वस्तु को ढूँढने का एक ही तरीका है- ध्यान जेब में सबेरे चले थे तब पचास रूपये थे। रात को जेब पर हाथ गया तो देखा कि जेब खाली है। चिंता हुई और हो-हल्ला मचा। किसने रूपये निकाले ? किसने चोरी की ? उत्तेजित और अशांत मन किसी और पर दोषारोपण करने के अतिरिक्त और कुछ कर ही नहीं सकता। जब चित्त शांत हुआ तब याद किया की सबेरे से लेकर किन-किन से भेंट हुई और कब, कहाँ रुपयों की आवश्यकता पड़ी। सबेरे से शाम तक का तारतम्य मिलाया तो याद आया कि माकन मालिक रास्ते में मिला था। उसने किराया माँगा, सो जेब में रखे पचास रूपये निकालकर उसे दे दिए थे। चिंता का समाधान हो गया।
